Drawing inspiration from one of Mr Lauren's personal travel bags, the RL50 Bag is defined by its belted silhouette and elegantly curved bar topline. Updated for the season in the same palette that anchors our Pre-Autumn 2020 Collection, this large version is crafted from a cotton canvas woven from natural, specially spun fibres to create a tonal look. It's framed with two varieties of calfskin, one of which has been embossed to emulate the appearance of alligator, and finished with antiqued silver-tone hardware. Our newest icon, conceived in the year of Ralph Lauren's 50th anniversary and entirely handcrafted in a family-owned Italian studio, embodies our commitment to preserving artisanal leatherworking traditions.
