Made with a luxurious combination of featherweight silk taffeta and scuba, the sleeveless Hailie’s head-turning design starts with a plunging bodice, which loops through the skirt’s eyelet and secures in a tied knot at the center front of the waist. Its voluminous skirt is formed with a series of panels sewn together with playful zigzag seams for added intrigue, while its vibrant orange hue ties in with the bold color choices used throughout the Summer Brights 2023 collection.
