- Size medium has a 21.25" font body length, a 20" back body length, and a 28.75" sleeve length. Sleeve length is taken from the center back of the neck.
- Point collar. Snapped placket. Metal snaps custom-developed with a "Polo RL" logo.
- Long sleeves with striped ribbed cuffs. "Polo" embroidered at the left chest. Chain-stitched "Eastern League '66-'67 League Champs RL State Team" embroidery at the right chest. Chain-stitched "Polo R.L. New York" embroidery at the center back.
- Two front waist angled pockets. Interior left waist pocket. Striped ribbed hem.
