- Button-down point collar with striped trim. Buttoned placket.
- Long sleeves with buttoned barrel cuffs. Dropped shoulders. Left chest patch pocket with striped trim.
- Shirttail hem. Box-pleated back yoke.
- “Polo Clothiers Established 1967” stamp printed at the interior center back yoke.
