The Syeda is the season’s updated iteration of an archival Ralph Lauren coat. Defined by a calf-grazing maxi length, it features a bevy of highly considered design elements, including notch lapels, a four-button placket with signature horn buttons, princess seams, and waist darts. This coat is crafted from compact wool, which lends sharp, modern shaping to its slim silhouette. Crafted in Italy, this coat is finished with a Glen plaid motif, inspired by the stunning black-and-white décor of a New York City penthouse apartment.

    • Slim, maxi-length silhouette. Intended to hit just below the mid-calf.
    • US size 8 has a 52" body length and a 33.5" sleeve length. Body length and sleeve length are taken from the center back of the neck. Sleeve length changes 0.25" between sizes.
    • Notch lapels. Four-button placket. “Ralph Lauren”–engraved horn buttons at the placket and cuffs.
    • Long sleeves with four-button cuffs. Two right waist flapped pockets. Left waist flapped pocket. Left chest welt pocket.
    • Front waist darts. Front and back princess seams. Vented back hem.
